VMware just released Workstation 9 for Windows and Linux and Fusion 5 for Mac. Until Sept 14, 2012, use coupon code ws9beta20 for a 20% discount on upgrades and new licenses. I successfully applied the coupon to upgrade a Workstation 8x license and a Fusion 4x license.

The coupon is a thank you for trying the beta preview. However, the coupon can be applied without logging in and it worked in Chrome's incognito mode so I don't think it was reading any of my cookies.
